Audioboo sounds like the best thing of the lot.
There are a lot of categories available for users to choose from. This seems to have a lot of British/UK shows from what was previewed.
It was quite easy to record & post a "boo." Just hit record and it looks like there is ten minutes available to record on. Then using Twitter to sign on with it was easy to add the boo to the upload que.
This was another hard thing to do in a library setting. As suggested in Thing 16 it could be used for short reports but I'm not sure how to use this one in a more rural library setting.
